How to Order

Below are the explanations on how to order, how to pay, and terms on shipping.

Please read carefully before placing the orders.

Order Process

  1. Click “Enquiry” button below product images or email to ceo@aestheticmaker.com with your interested brands, products, and amount.
  2. We will review the Enquiry form or your email and send the final quotation and how to pay.
  3. 50% of total order amount should be paid first. (We accept payment via the Western Union and Bank Transfer). Please note that the 50% amount you paid is for a deposit, so when you cancel the order, 20% of the total prepaid 50% ( That is 10% of the total order amount ) can not return to you as incurred on the restocking fee.
  4. After we have received the order from you, It would take 10~20 business days to be shipped.
  5. Once all ordered items are ready to be shipped, we will contact you with the shipping fee and rest of the amount (50% of total amount)
  6. When the payment is completely paid, we will ship the ordered products to you.
  7. The total amount of shipping cost will be added to the total amount of order and be sent to you before you place the order.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The minimum order should be over $800 in total.
  2. The products will be ordered by small box unit base ( the size of small box unit could be different for each brand and product.)
  3. The discount ratio will be applied to order amount based on brands and products.
  4. If some ordered items are no longer available (ex: sold out issue), we will let you know as soon as possible and you can change it to other items.
  5. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to order any other brands which is not displayed in this shop. Then, we will do our best to supply the brands.
  6. MSDS and ingredients could not be issued for some products.

Payment

We accept payment via the Western Union and Bank Transfer only and you will get some more details while we proceed the wholesale order.

Shipping & Terms

  1. We ship the items via EMS or Marine based on your choice.
  2. If you receive the damaged, broken, expired or unmatched product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt(Product arrived at destination). After 7 days of receipt,we do not have any responsibility for products return.
